FAQ
We’re bar specialists and hospitality masters—full stop. You get certified staff, curated menus, liability coverage, and live sales data in one partner instead of a bolt-on afterthought. The result: happier guests, higher per-cap sales, and less work for you.
Transparent, per-guest packages bundle everything—alcohol, mixers, glassware, ice, staffing, setup, breakdown, and insurance. Rates vary by event type, guest count, and market (Colorado vs. Texas), but your proposal lists every line item up front—no post-event surprises.
Absolutely. Choose specific beer, wine, and spirits or collaborate with our beverage team to craft signature drinks (including zero-proof). Curated packages deliver the best value; à-la-carte upgrades are always available.
Yes. Our high-volume systems—mobile taps, pre-batched craft cocktails, RFID pour tracking—serve from 2 to 200k guests while cutting waste and feeding sponsors dynamic data.
We offer white-labeled, on-premise programs that run under your brand. Think staffing, compliance, inventory tech, and reporting—all handled as if we were in-house.
From all-hands and client mixers to investor roadshows and milestone moments, we build bar experiences that reflect your culture and brand—complete with custom drink names, zero-proof options, and ROI reporting.
Yes. We secure all required licenses and carry liquor-liability insurance. Bartenders are certified in responsible service, keeping guests safe and your event compliant.
Minimums depend on event type and package. You may also see an admin fee for equipment/logistics and a travel fee outside core service areas. Your rep will flag everything in your proposal.
A standard gratuity is added to your invoice to take care of our staff. You can adjust the amount or opt to remove tip jars—just let your Client Success Rep know your preferences. If gratuity isn’t pre-paid, tip jars will be displayed by default.
Cash bars are available for qualified nonprofit events with proper permitting. In Colorado, limited outside alcohol may be allowed with venue approval. In Texas, state law requires all alcohol to be purchased through Peak Beverage. Your rep will advise on what’s possible.
High-season weddings (summer) and large events book 6–12 months out. A 50% deposit secures your date, and final details lock in closer to the event. Reach out early—we’ll guide you every step of the way.
